In tonight's update, Vince covers:

1) A crazy day on Wall Street as the Dow swings nearly 400 points on speculation of a government shutdown. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 10.33 points, the S&P 500 fell 9.82 points while the Nasdaq 100 gave up 37.38 points and the Russell 2000 closed lower by 16.75 points.

2) Despite the wild ride in the equity market, the other markets had a fairly uneventful day. TLT (20yr+ Treasury Bond ETF) gained just $0.52 today, gold futures added just $2.20 while crude oil futures pulled back slightly and closed $0.57 lower.
